    I'd just like to say hi from Canada. I've been diagnosed as pre-diabetic and would like to do everything I can to keep the disease from progressing. I'm looking forward to reading through the threads for some good information. Gordon

    The doctor has told me I'm pre diabetic but can still escape diabetes with weight loss etc. I'm here to look for more information.
