Hiya I’m a 68 years old, I was diagnosed with type 2 diabetes 10/02/17 by my GP. I was told to book an appointment with the practice nurse ASAP! I’ve been booked to see her on 23/02/17. I would like to know what I have do for the rest of my life to stay as healthy as I can.
