    Hello

    Hi everyone I was diagnosed with type 2 diabetes about 2 months ago. I'm finding it quite hard so far to adapt to a new diet, and dreading a Christmas without mince pies! Anyway, i thought i'd say hello and let you know i'm lurking around the forum! Rich
