    BG Spike and sudden normalization

    Hello, . Just wanted to ask a question. My blood sugar spiked yesterday to 200 after 1 hour 45 minutes postprandial and in next 15 minutes it was at 115, mean 2 hours after meal it was at 115. What does this reading say? I am not on any kind of med, look forward
