    well i have had my first blood test results since being diagnosed and is well happy iv'e gone from 63 to 49 and lost 9lbs to boot am well chuffed :clap: h :angel: appy hales

    Hiya i am a Type 2 diagnosed beginning of Dec 2011, i am now on 4 Metformin tabs a day! Just eaten my tea and am still starving this past week i have struggled not to graze in between meals :? I feel like its a struggle at the mo, Metformin hasn't had the side effects some people have...
