Well i went to my doctor today because of feeling down and stopping my insulin. he was very helpful im getting referrd to see a mental health doctor and a i have to see a diabetic nurse. Jus thought i would let you all know

Lately ive been feeling a bit depresed an i have also stopped taking my insulin. The way ive been feeling lately is why should i care when nobody else does i have a nice family but none of them ever ask how im doing with my diabetes. Does everyone get warning signs when there bllod sugar level is low? I dont seem to get any warning signs the last few times i habe checked my levels and they have been like 3.2 etc etc any advice is greatly appreciated
