    Living in Thailand

    Currently on NovaRapid and Levermir insulin pens. Just requiring about costs of my medication should I get work and need to live in Thailand in the future. Can anyone help with this please? Thanks.

    Milk?

    I am a newly diagnosed type 1 diabetic. I sometimes drink a pint of milk between mealtimes. Should I be taking an extra dose of insulin (3) when this happens? Let me know cheers guys and gals.
