Hello , I've just turned 48 , found out last month I'm type 2 , bit of a shock , slightly overweight , lost a bit of weight now , eating better and taking metaformin twice a day , it's just making me feel drained, was cycling a fair bit but now I'm just knackered ! Thought and help...
