    Can anyone tell me what ratio of carb, fat and protein I should be having in a meal or day. I am fairly new to low carbing have lost 2lb first week but am finding cravings hard to cope with. Am having between 60 and 100g carbs daily but can you have too much fat or protein? I love reading all...
