    Gluten

    Anyone who is type 1 or predisposed to it find they feel better from Gluten free products that normally have Gluten? I always have reactions like Skin rash and sweaty palms after a Gluten meal which suggests I’m intolerant but I’m worried about cross contamination when factories make those products.
