    Non Diabetic Blood Sugar After Coffee

    I just checked my blood sugar using a SD Codefree 10 minutes after having a cup of coffee with 3 tablets of silver spoon sweetener (I have OCD), I'm non diabetic, and it came back at 8.8 mmol/L. Is this normal for a non diabetic?
