Hi could any one help I have been on 4 metformin 500g a day and now taking 30g dacadis once a day and 1 10g jardiance as well as following the low carbs diet but I am still having high suger of about 14.mmol a day anyone any ideas

Hi I am type 2 diabetic I have just starting checking my bloods when I checked 2 hours after food they were 3.8 and one hour after my tea they were 6.8 I have been on metformin 500g 2 in the morning and 1 at night but I feel it's making me hungry can some give me some advice plz
