    Low carb bread rolls

    Hi! Happy Easter to all! just had a delivery from a company for low carb bread rolls, on double checking the ingredients they contain oat fibre! Is it suitable for diabetics.. I know everyone’s tolerations different so I’m guessing it will be a try and test thing?

    Hi all! Had my first blood test results after being diagnosed in August! My new HBA1C is 34 mmol from 91mmol! My cholesterol is now 5.2! So it’s all going in the right direction Thank you all for your advice/ help/ lovely comments when I’ve needed them! Happy Xmas to you all!

    Hi all Have been diagnosed with type 2 diabetes, Also high blood pressure and high cholesterol, waiting for appointment with diabetic nurse, been told a low carb, low sugar diet is best to follow? I’m not sure what I can eat at the moment! feeling confused and in shock!
