    Morning sugar level at 7.0 before meal (with 1000mg Metformin)

    After taking Metformin for a couple weeks (this week on 1000mg/day), morning sugar level has been on 7.0 or so (before meal, i.e. fasting). How good is this level? Is it considered good control of my sugar level? Or should I aim to keep it even lower? (age is about 60). :woot::woot::woot:
