    Really sore muscles after hypo during exercise

    Just wondering if anyone knows if my extreme fatigue and muscle soreness is down to the hypo I experienced yesterday when walking up a massive hill. Got to the top and BS was 2.9, felt shocking. Got it back up but today, oh my word… so tired and muscles very sore in my legs.
