    Slight rise in Hb1ac

    Hi been on a low carb high fat diet since March 2020. Was taking metformin blood pressure medication and statins. Then the lock down started. Had bloods done in June my Hb1ac went from 59 to 48. Stopped taking all my meds also my weight dropped a lot. Carried on with the low carb life style...
