    Im Rubbish bt2

    I'm a rubbish diabetic t2. I find I'm really good with my carbs for days eating enough protien and veg to fill me, then one day I wake up and all I want is everything I shouldn't. Anyone else like this and what can I do to stop it.

    Hugh glucose

    Every morning my sugar levels are really high between 17 and 22 on the glucose monitor, not sure how long it's been like this but as I'd been under the weather thought I'd check,I eat unprocessed foor mostly meat and salad with a small portion if carbs ,what's happening and should I be concerned
