    Hi : O ) I was advised I'm Type 2 on Tuesday, told to book an appointment (March 2013 earliest avail ?) with the Diabetic Essentials, and prescribed Metformin. I have no idea what to eat? apart from celery ! and as I like a beer and a 'snifter'..... I'm not taking the Metformin until I know...
