    Fruit -should I avoid it?

    I have recently been diagnosed as prediabetic - I have always started off my day with a freshly squeezed orange juice - should I cut this out? I was amazed to see how much sugar content this had? Thanks for any advice

    Soya or normal milk

    I am trying to amend my diet having been diagnosed as prediabetic - can you please advise me if there are benefits of changing to soya /oat/almond milk instead of normal milk? Thanks
