    Hello

    Just dropping in to say hello. I'm a mum, carer, and epileptic. I was pre-diabetic but my blood this week increased. My GP says he'll review me in 4 weeks and if no improvement, it is time for medication :-( So here I am. I need to kick my **** and do this!
