    Hello

    Hello I'm Yvonne and new to the forum today. I'm a 62 year old Nurse with 4 children and 4 grandchildren, a husband and a dog. I was diagnosed Type 2 Diabetes in 2017, and struggle with meals, and things. I try to eat healthily. I would like to loose some weight. I take Metformin twice a day.
