    Advice on carb counting

    I have set my carb count for the day as 112g, not sure if this is too much. I am on Nuturacheck and find it an easy way to keep track. It state that I have used 20% of my allowance so far today and sugars are 19%. I dont really understand this! Is it good or bad?

    I am new to Diabetes and need some help

    Can someone please explain ? I noticed that the label on a tin of Baked Beans stated that the values for 100g were carbohydrates 12.6g of which sugars 3.3g.What does this mean? Is this high level? What is considered a reasonable amount of carbs/sugars. I am totally lost!
