Hi new to all this. I was told I had type 2 diabetes given tablets and told to come back in 3 months for a blood test. No advice on what to eat or not to eat just take tabs and come back. I'm afraid to eat anything other than dry crackers and 2 round of brown bread with a sausage lol. Advice...
