    Saying hello as a newbie

    Hi, Liz here. Looking forward to tapping into the knowledge, tips n tricks and of course the humour. I have type2 which I have had for quite a number of years. At the age of 62 I am really just trying to get to grips with all things type 2. I still work 30hrs per week in a sedentary job...
