    Comparison of treatment

    Hi! I am newly diagnosed type 2, (nov 2012) and initial treatment with metformin had no effect (500mg x 2 daily) but 1g x2 daily has greatly reduced my blood sugar and hba1c. they are still not normal but seem to be moving in the right direction. I am not sure of the original values but my GP...
