    High BG readings

    Help! Was diagnosed with type 2 in October last. Was given Metformin & told to watch my diet but not advised to test my BG. I have since been given a glucose meter by a friend & have recently started testing it. On waking my level is around 16 & drops to 12.5 before evening dinner. Am concerned...
