    Barley

    There was an article in a national paper the other day about the benefits of Barley as an agent for helping to lower BS obviously an advantage to us if it works.No real detail on how to take it but suggested as a substitute for rice? Anyone got any comments or ideas on this ?

    Results

    Went to see new doctor on Friday to get results of previous weeks blood test.Good news (apparently ) is that my HBA1C is now 11.9 compared to 12.5 before, not that good news I thought although he has referred me to Diabetic specialist at hospital.Took BP 150/80 and didn't mention cholesterol...
