    Low Carb Diet

    Been type 2 for over 2 years,on 4 Metformin and 1 injection of Victoza per day.For the past 3 weeks have cut out bread,potatoes,rice and pasta from my diet. I have lost about 7-8lbs but have been suffering from really loose bowels,when I have to go,I have to go! Any Suggestions
