    Help with choice

    Hi Mags, Have tried Reductil and made me very hyperactive and unable to sleep - stopped taking it after 2 weeks. I have lost 20 kgs in 6 months by walking - I walk for about 20 minutes three times a day and trying to eat smaller portions. Good luck

    Diabetes and high cholesterol
