    Hi, I've purchased a libre 2 sensor. This is showing my bloods spike 4 hours after I eat Not much in the first two hours any ideas. I always thought the big spike was at the 2 hour mark.

    Well the coach on the phone was a let down. No help at all. Told him about pains in legs and feet etc. He suggested I walked more. Said I've lost weight carving to meter. What is that. He said. LCHF diet. Then said. So what am I going to do to reach my goal. So he is basically there to badger me.

    To be honest I think it's a bit insulting. I have pains in legs and feet since doctor put me on statins. Metformin is giving me the runs and I've a leaking heart valve. I'd love to see what they recommend. I've just applied for a blue badge as feet and legs are so bad Edited by Mod
