    Type 2 Diet for low income

    Hi, I am type 2 and have been for a while, I usually work overseas, where my diet is basically whatever is served up, now I am back in the UK and on avery low income. Can anyone give me some suggestions or point me in the right direction as to a suitable diet which is affordable? Thanks Ian
