    evening everybody, just had my first ever desmonds course, at the bow arrow riding centre,dartford, and it gave me a lot of information about type 2, the pro & cons of what you eat. my thanks go to the two ladies who run the course "Pat & Daniella". I could not have asked for two more...

    Feeling more unwell as days gone on

    hi, I have just been diagnosed with type 2 , and are currently taking 2000mg of metoformin a day , it made me so sick in the first 24hrs , but I spread the dose over the day , so this this is much better.....

    what a surprise this was...type 2 , don't really know what to expect, each day is different......need to made some changes I have been told, but the doctors have been brilliant still a long way to go .....till it all settles down.....
