    Why is it not wise to increase insulin? Its what your body produces naturally. If you're injecting 3units you might aswell inject 5 and have something you enjoy. Its something you have to do for the rest of your life so theres little point in been shy about it.

    And denying yourself it means you will hate it. Im alot happier since i just ate what i liked and injected then really wishing i could eat something and not inject. Thats where the diabetes gets you down.

    Ive stopped having sweetner and went back to sugar in my tea, just increased the insulin. If you have to inject for it you might aswell have the real deal.

    I cycle (about 12miles a night) Boxing once a week 30min high intensity training a night All part of keeping fit for motorcycle racing I come home from work and have my tea, do what i need to do and check my levels after i have finished. Normally i can get away without injecting in the evening.
