    Refused BG testing strips.

    Opposite with me. Am type2 and was given bg tester but advised no need to check every day just on occassions. Use about 5 a month yet am given 2xpack 25. Probably be out of date before i use them all. Lancets...have 200 if anyone wants. Queried with Dr and pharmacy... thats minimum size box they...

    I WANT CHOCOLATE ONLY..IT'S A CRAVING.

    I find it is will power. But just in case have a small bag of Revels, Maltesers: something like that hidden away and have one. Sometimes can't find them though and have to go without. Diagnosed about 10/12 years back type2 and my nurse told me little now and again will be OK.

    What to do with empty test strip pots?

    Save small silver coins in them and treat yourself once a month with something nice.
