    I've been pre diabetic for many years now but have finally been told I am now proper type 2 diabetic. I suppose I berried my head in the sand so to speak. I'm 51 was 17.5 stones and a very basic eater. I don't like veg or fruit or sweets but I do love my bread and pasta. Having had a little look...
