    My husband looks on the NHS app the day after a test and the results are usually there already! If not the day after. He can compare year to year this way too.

    He's usually on his own these days, last year he turned up with 2 others but when he came back this year he's on his own. I gave him some of my Swan and Duck pellets and now he mooches around the anglers so he must have liked them! We love pigs too, so much character and quite amazing to watch...

    My husband brought a Goosnargh duck home from work once (worked in agriculture). I did a youtube search and took the breasts off and skin and did Chinese style with stirfry and did the rest 'crispy'. Lovely, one meal with 2 courses and used the bones for stock

    Oh, by the way my husband was finally prescribed Metformin yesterday after doing diet only for 9 years - just a tablet a day to begin with. He told the health worker we had been invited to relatives and they were cooking meat and potato pie, she said to have it 'for once, it won't do you any harm'
