Terry, sorry you feel this way. I would try to concentrate of what the people on here say rather than listen to 'experts' who will tell you it is OK to have a 'bit of bread' or 'whatever you fancy' now and again until you get it under control. My Dad (who was only 'diabetic' because he was fat...
