I have type 2 diabetes and only found out 2 months ago. since then i have followed a low carb diet so far i have lost 1st 1lb and my sugar level has gone from 27.5 / 33 to between 5.9 and 8.9 so i am really pleased and real so much better in myself. I am still learning as not really been told...

How much sugar is allowed in a daily allowance ? can any one help me please
