    Basal - night or morning

    IHS and HSW posted some incredibly useful info about the action times of lantus but I,m back again, sorry. If the long term insulin is most effective up to 16 hours then would it be better to inject in the morning when it' would be more effective for the three main meals ?

    High and Hungry

    And another thing ! is it possible to have high levels 9-12 and still feel hungry ? This one puzzles me because I often feel really hungry them I check my BG and find I'm high. This is really confusing when I feel starving. Does something else govern appetite or is it just BG levels and your mind !!

    Hypo Hyper Tired

    Type 1 still adjusting injections and struggling a bit but if I do run at low levels, borderline Hypo when I'm busy or exercising I can end up uber tired.
