    Hi just to advise you to stay well away from Ciders. Have gluten free beer be sure not to mix your drinks and watch high sugar cocktails like Pornstar Martinis. Ridiculous sugars. Also make sure you don't drink on an empty stomach enjoy xxx

    Any fruit including bananas and blueberries but top tip always have with natural yogurt as it slows the release of your blood glucose. However mangoes are a no go. Cheeries are excellent in small amounts.
