    Type 1 and pregnant diet advice

    Hi I'm writing for my sister she is 12 weeks pregnant and type 1 diabetic insulin managed. She today had a hypo n had to get paramedics and be rushed to hospital. She is getting different advice from doctors about diet - can anybody recommend foods she should eat for meals and for snacks - thanks
