    Airfryers

    I bought an airfryer from aldi 2 yrs ago when it was $99 & love it. I dry fry / bake fish, chicken, pumpkin or muffins made with almond meal.

    A newbie from Newcastle Australia. I was dx D 8yrs ago & so far am med free . I try to stay low carb but have had a few cheats lately so am hoping by joining here I can feel the inspiration to avoid the dark side.
