Well I really don't know what to say, I can't say I really understand everything that was said and a lot of it totally confused me especially what Aphorism was trying to get across to us, perhaps it is just me to-day but I would hope that he/she could start again for my benefit at least.

I have blood test every 6 months and this is followed up by visit to the GP we don't have a DN, every 12 months I have my feet checked when I have the blood test done. Never have seen a DN, results always discussed by the GP.

I am in the same position, but unfortunately I just cannot give up my milky coffee in the morning, it is my only sin at the moment and make up for it by eating very low carb the rest of the day and I rarely go above 20/25 of carbs and get plenty of protein with the things I eat.
