    Great advice. We were thinking of B&B but now have some ideas. Probably go for the big breakfast without toast, salad for lunch at supermarket/salad bar and meat and veg/salad for dinner. Thank you all.

    Hi, I've been following the LCHF for 2 years and have slowly reduced my Hba1c from 11.3 to 7.5. I'm trending in the right direction but am hopeful of having a 6 number in my next test in December. This forum has been very helpful. Has anyone got any LCHF eating or restaurant recommendations...
