I find I have hot flushes when my sugar levels are too low and I start vomiting and get severe back pain when my levels are too high but I also have CKD which doesn't help.

The 1st time I had the flu jab I was ill but I've had every year for about 6/7 years and I've been fine. I've been told that you might get the flu after having the jab but it won't be as bad as if you got flu without having it.
