OH and myself had to do a long car journey yesterday to visit relatives. 3 times we stopped off at petrol stations to grab a drink etc. Why is it these places offer very little in low sugar drinks? The worst offenders seem to be supermarket stations who will display row upon row of sugar...

Re: Anyone use Byetta? Hi Keefy You dont have to wait an hour to inject it. You can take it any time UP to an hour before. I usually inject mine as i am dishing up my meal. I find it much easier
