    Can hypos make you vomit?

    I sometimes feel sick when I am hypo. I am never actually sick but believe me the feeling is there!! I do get symtoms of hypo, i.e. shaking, sweating, feeling weak etc. it is only in the last couple of years that I have felt nauseous though.
