Pleasantly surprised at the price, thought they'd be more than $95 considering the cost from the UK. I ordered a sensor yesterday as I have the reader already. Order status still 'Pick'. There doesn't seem to be a stater pack with two sensors and a reader like there is for UK.

Not sure, it looks like it can log to a file but I haven't played with it. Glimp looks like it's quite capable if you feed it lots of data but I don't use it that way. Have you tried Liapp? It's much simpler, it has a log which shows you a table of all your scans and also has some debugging...

I've used Glimp and Liapp and had no problems, all sensors (that remained stuck on) have lasted the full 14 days. I've had two sensors that were low for a few days before coming good so hopefully yours will sort itself out.

It's a gamble for sure. Where I live it costs the equivalent of £1000 and a few visits to your diabetes specialist to get paperwork signed and training for a Dexcom G4 with a month's worth of sensors. So for me it has been worth it.

No you can't buy anything directly from Abbott until you've got to the front of the waiting list as far as I know... I don't know if you can request a replacement sensor from them if you had any issues with one purchased from eBay, I suspect not... Has anyone tried this?

I've been on the waiting list since late July, some people here have been waiting over 6 months. I got impatient and got a reader and a few sensors off eBay (at super inflated prices). It sounds like Abbott are ramping up production so hopefully supply will get better soon. They're dropping...
