    Annual Diabetic Review

    Hi, due for my annual check up this week. As I now have gastroparesis it will be interesting to see the result As it's hard to get a true reading 'cos I don't know how long it takes for the food to digest. Keep smiling and remember every day above ground is I good day.

    Diabetic diarrhoea

    Hi, T2 for nearly forty years and recently diagnosed with gastroparesis and diabetic diarrhoea which happens about twice a week. Any advice how to deal with the diarrhoea apart from more tablets.

    Dark Chocolate Recommendations

    Pound land do a nice big bar of dark chocolate which I find pretty good but then as a T2 for 35years I like any chocolate, Even cooking chocolate so I guess I'm a bit of a chocoholic.Even so the diabetes seems to be under control as my last Hba1c was 6.2. Keep smiling and remember every day...

    Is retinopathy & progression to Insulin inevitable for Type 2 diabetics?

    Hi, I have been a type 2 now for 35yrs and am still on tablets, so progression to insulin is not inevitable. Keep taking the tablets, be positive,and smile. Regards Dicky 1

    Query type 4 connection to multiple lipomas

    Hi, Type 2 treated with tablets. Glimepride and a combined metformin . I queried type 4 because of research mentioned on the diabetes forum

    As a normal weight diabetic for the past 35 years and have multiple fat lipomas (not large ones) could there be a connection between lipomas and type 4 diabetes?
