Hi all, I've just done my nightly test and really high at 15. I've injected with lantus (my usual 8 units) and will now be testing myself in an hour to see where I am (maybe in the night too). Is there anything else I need to do? If I'm still so high in an hour was going to inject with 2/3 units...

That is awful. I can understand why you would do it in private now but try not to let it get to you too much, that's just one stupid persons thoughts.

I started injecting in private to not offend anyone or worrying of what people may think but I now do it in public. It's part of who we are and shouldn't be ashamed, most of the time people don't seem to notice anyway and go about their business
