    In my own case a dry mouth and thirst is usually always caused by high blood sugar. Watch what you eat in evenings to keep it down or take insulin an hour or two before bedtime. Only my personal experience but may help.

    Insulin Overdose

    Hi all, Am on Lantus & Humalog insulin along with 2000mg a day Metformin and it has crossed my mind as to whether it is possible to 'overdose' on insulin? My sugar levels fluctuate between 6ish to 25ish but never know if i should take more insulin.
